Some of the best canyon experiences are the relaxed ones — a morning walk along the Rim Trail, a visit to the Geology Museum, or just sitting at a viewpoint as the light changes through the canyon. Those days deserve a slow, satisfying breakfast.
At The Foodie Club, our coffee bar and pancake menu are built for exactly that kind of morning.
The Pancakes — $12.99
Two fluffy pancakes, made to order. You can customize them with:
- Chocolate chips (+$2.99)
- Strawberries (+$3.99)
- Flavor syrup — maple, vanilla, or seasonal options (+$1.75)
The plain version is exactly right for those who want their pancakes classic. The strawberry version is one of our most popular orders on weekend mornings.
The Coffee Bar
We have a full espresso bar — not just drip coffee. Our baristas pull proper shots, steam real milk, and can make anything from a simple Americano to a layered Caramel Latte Macchiato.

- Fruit Bowl — $10.99 — A 16oz bowl of mango, strawberries, and blueberries. Good to share.
When to Come In
Slow mornings are best on weekdays — less parking pressure and shorter waits. If you're visiting on a weekend in summer, come before 8:30 AM or plan for 9:30+ when the first wave of visitors has cleared out. Our full breakfast menu runs until we switch to the all-day menu, so there's no rush to order before a cutoff time.
