Summer at the Grand Canyon is a different kind of experience — longer days, warmer evenings, and a crowd that actually wants to slow down and enjoy the moment. At The Foodie Club in Grand Canyon Village, we've made summer 2026 our best season yet: daily Happy Hour twice a day, and a live DJ every Saturday night all summer long.
Whether you just finished a hike along the South Rim, you're passing through Tusayan, or you're staying nearby and looking for things to do near Grand Canyon at night — this is where you want to be.
Happy Hour Every Day — Twice
Most bars in Arizona do Happy Hour once, maybe on weekdays only. We do it twice every day — no exceptions, no fine print:
- Afternoon session: 3:00 – 6:00 PM — perfect right off the canyon trail when the sun is still hitting the rim
- Evening session: 9:00 – 10:30 PM — the late wind-down after dinner, when Grand Canyon Village gets quiet and we keep the bar going
That's two golden windows every single day, all summer. No other discounts or promotions apply during Happy Hour.
Summer Happy Hour Specials
Draft Beer 16 oz — $8.99
Ice-cold, always pouring. Choose from our Grand Canyon Amber — a craft amber ale with notes of caramel and toasted malt — or Colimita Lager, a crisp Mexican-style lager that hits different after a hot Arizona afternoon. Buy one at $7.50, get the second for just $2.50.
Tequila Sunrise — $9.99 · Sunset Special
Tequila, orange juice, and grenadine — layered, cold, and photogenic. The Tequila Sunrise is our most Instagrammed drink during Happy Hour, and for good reason. It pairs perfectly with the actual sunset happening over the canyon rim a mile up the road.
House Margarita — $9.99
Tequila, triple sec, sweet & sour, salt or sugar rim. Add mango, strawberry, or banana for $1 more. The most-ordered Happy Hour cocktail in Tusayan.
Fries $3.50 with 6 Chicken Tenders
Because sometimes you need food, not just drinks. Order the Chicken Tenders and the fries come out at $3.50 — our most popular Happy Hour snack combo.
DJ Live Every Saturday This Summer
This summer we've added something new: a live DJ every Saturday night at The Foodie Club. It's not a gimmick — it's genuine good music, better drinks, and the best atmosphere you'll find near the South Rim after dark.
If you're visiting Grand Canyon and wondering what to do Saturday night in Tusayan, the answer is simple: come to The Foodie Club. There's nothing else like it in Grand Canyon Village. No cover charge, no dress code. Just pull up a stool, order your Happy Hour drink, and let the night go.
Where to Find Us
We're at 400 AZ-64, Grand Canyon Village, AZ 86023 — about a mile before the South Rim park entrance on Highway 64. Free parking right outside. No reservation needed for Happy Hour or the DJ nights, though we appreciate a heads-up at (928) 638-3115 for groups of 6 or more.
