The Cocktails You Need to Try
Carajillo — $14.99
Our most-ordered drink, and for good reason. Two shots of espresso blended with Licor 43, served cold. It's smooth, bold, slightly sweet, and dangerously easy to drink. If you've never had a Carajillo, this is where you start. If you have — you already know why it shows up in nearly every review we get. The Carajillo is Grand Canyon's best-kept secret.
House Margarita — $9.99
Tequila, triple sec, and sweet & sour on the rocks, salt or sugar rim. Available in Mango, Strawberry, or Banana for just $1 extra. These aren't the sour mix packets you get at gas stations. They're made right, they're cold, and they're exactly what you want after miles of red rock trail.
Tequila Sunrise — $9.99
Tequila, orange juice, and grenadine. Simple, colorful, and perfect to drink as the canyon turns orange at dusk. You'll feel clever ordering this one when the light is right. Available during Happy Hour for the same price.
Grand Canyon Mule — $14.99
Vodka, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, and ginger beer. Served cold in a proper copper mule mug. Named after the canyon mules — reliable, strong, and takes you somewhere good.
Piña Colada — $15.99
Light rum, piña colada mix, blended with ice, topped with whipped cream. Tropical vibes in the high desert of Arizona — it works better than it sounds, especially in summer.
Mojito — $14.99
White rum, fresh mint, lime juice, simple syrup, club soda. Clean, refreshing, and exactly what your body wants after a dusty canyon hike.
Happy Hour at the Bar
Every single day we run two Happy Hour sessions: 3 PM to 6 PM and 9 PM to 10:30 PM. During Happy Hour:
- Draft Beer 16 oz — $8.99 (Grand Canyon Amber or Colimita Lager)
- Buy one beer at $7.50, get the second for $2.50

Draft Beers at the Grand Canyon
We pour two exceptional beers on draft:
Grand Canyon Amber Ale 16 oz
A craft amber ale from the Grand Canyon Brewing Company with notes of caramel and toasted malt. Smooth, slightly sweet, made locally. This is the beer you drink while looking at canyon photos on your phone and planning which hike to do tomorrow.
Colimita Lager 16 oz
A crisp, clean Mexican-style lager — the kind you want cold, fast, after a warm Arizona afternoon. No pretense. Just cold and good.
Both available for $8.99 for a 16 oz pour, or two for $10 during Happy Hour (one at $7.50, second for $2.50).
