Pasta tossed in house basil pesto with Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. Lighter than the Alfredo but still substantial. This is the order for people who want something flavorful without feeling heavy — especially good on warm summer evenings when you'd rather not go full cream sauce.

Basil pesto pasta topped with grilled chicken breast, Parmesan, and sun-dried tomatoes. The most popular dinner order among guests staying multiple nights in Tusayan — people discover the pesto on day one and come back for the chicken version on day two.
